Who can buy

These terms apply to consumers buying for personal use. We sell and deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Your order

Submitting the order form is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order and payment has been received. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the delivery address is outside the UK; if so, we will refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free. We will confirm the total and how to pay before your order is accepted.

Delivery

Delivery times and details are set out on our Delivery & returns page. The item becomes your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns of unused items in the wrong size are free of charge; otherwise return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Full details are on our Delivery & returns page.

Your legal rights

We are required to supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product use

The Dog Mud Suit is for dogs only and is not suitable for unsupervised use. Please choose the correct size using our size guide and follow the care and safety instructions supplied.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for business losses.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will try to resolve it quickly.
