Free UK delivery
Delivery is free of charge on every order. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) only. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the UK, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.
Delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment and arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch. Remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and islands may take a little longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us.
Changing your mind (14-day cancellation)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us using our contact form, with your name and order details. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Items should be returned in their original condition with the storage bag. You may handle the suit as you would in a shop to check size and fit, but we may reduce your refund if it has been worn outdoors, washed or damaged.
Return postage
Wrong size? Returns are free of charge within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition — so if you are unsure, you can order two sizes and send one back for free. If you are returning an item for any other reason (for example, you changed your mind), you pay the cost of returning it. We recommend a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will cover the return cost. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days, and you are entitled to a repair or replacement after that. These rights are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back (or proof you have sent it). As delivery is free, there is no delivery charge to refund.
